She seemed to be in a hurry. There is a lot of glue under the nails and the nails don’t fit my fingers. Instead of saying she didn’t have anything that fit she continued on and overcharged me. She charged me $71 for this….. I was nice and gave her a $10 tip because she seemed to not be having a good day but this is absolutely embarrassing. I was very excited to try this place because I have friends that go here and have fantastic nails done! This is just embarrassing and in a week I’ll have to take them off!! $71 wasted! Please do better!!!

Love!! My first time coming here and I got shellac my first time getting it and she was super sweet and did amazing on my nails and super fast with it and super gentle( which I love) definitely recommend!!

I had an excellent experience getting my nails done here. They worked me and my friend in for a mani pedi on Thanksgiving day and did a fantastic job on our nails. It was a lovely experience and the proprietor was very accommodating.

Nikki is amazing! Her shop is such a vibe, nice cool and laid back! She even has a bar inside!! Her work is amazing, she is fast and gets the job done! Kim is so sweet and she has great prices. She's just recently opened up downtown Hot Springs. I just happen to see her sign and did a u-turn, so very happy I did.
