My husband and I recently went to Tuscany for a couples massage. It was our first time and we really enjoyed it. The massage was amazing! I highly recommend going. They spent time on areas that needed more attention than just going through a routine. Very nice, clean, and relaxing.

We’ve been getting monthly massages as a couple for months now and can say that we always look forward to our appointments. We have had many wonderful therapists but we love Stephen and Hailey especially. Book early (about a month) if you can!

Being apart of the water journey at this Spa has always been an highlight. The excellence that was once there is no longer there. My appointment was made to two weeks ago, when we arrived the appointment was not right. The Water journey was not what I previously experienced, very scaled down. This treatment is very expensive, but it was not in excellence. I was very disappointed. The expertise of the staff is very lacking, it seems like no one knew what to do but the management, who need to train the staff.

We have been going to Tuscany for years and have alway been very pleased, but the last two times I have been were extremely underwhelming. My most recent experience started with my masseuse walking into the room, complaining about her day and how work was going, instead of greeting me and asking what I was looking for.
Once the massage started (deep tissue massage), it was the furthest thing from that. She never once asked me about the pressure and when I told her that I needed more pressure, nothing changed. She definitely seemed like she was in a hurry and didn't really care about the job she did. We have always been pleased with Tuscany but lately they haven't been detailed with their service and when we are paying $135 for a service, I guess I'd expect a little more detail and time to be spent. Very disappointing.

This is seriously the best place to get a massage! Their facials are amazing as well and the building is STUNNING! I can't imagine going to anywhere else in the area. If you do not go you are truly missing out!

For the most part, I have enjoyed the facials here. The building and decor is nice but seems outdated. Not really an issue at all but it is the feeling I get when there and is also just my opinion.

I’ve had several facials here. I continued to do them every two weeks for a bit and then the more exfoliating facials were monthly. But I wasn’t excited to keep it up. Each facial performance was nice but lacking in the massage area. I maybe received a 3 minute neck and shoulder massage once. Through the mask part of the facial the esthetician just sat behind me. I could sense her presence. Personally, this is anxious feeling. Because can sometimes have a difficult time relaxing during services like these. For me, the massaging is very important. The facial massage techniques during the cleanse are also lacking.

The beds are comfortable and everything in this part of the spa is clean. (I’m skeptical about the cleanliness of the linens in the massage school in the back from another experience)

All in all the facial experiences have been nice but in my opinion, the services are a little overpriced for what you’re receiving. I’ve since been searching for another place to try. I’d like to find someone that offers more facial massage techniques as well as consistent neck and shoulder massages. Im a cosmetic tattoo artist and I hold my arms up for long periods of time. I carry tension in this area so that part is rather important for me in the relaxation process.
