This was by far the worst experience I've had at a salon. My daughter and I went in for manicures and eyebrow waxing. Upon getting the waxing, I noticed my eyelid was continuously burning. I went to the technician to inform her, and she just added some aloe (I guess), which burned worse. Afterwards, they just ignored me and went on with their tasks with other customers. This frightened my daughter until she didn't want to get her brows done, and I don't blame her. My eye was left scarred. The manicures were subpar and the polish began peeling the next day.

I would just like everyone to see and pass on what my 74 year old Mother (who has Alzheimers) paid for at Lush Nail Bar. Not only did they not take off her old nail polish they did not even clean her finger nails. This looks like a 5year old painted her nails.
My Father took her for a Pedicure and Manicure and 3 hours later he brought her home like that!!
I called KEVIN at Lush to complain and he argued with me about the service. Will not refund her money ($125 for mani pedi... I asked for nail refund) Said he would only redo the nails.

This is unsatisfactory and how could he let my Mother leave with her hands looking like that and be proud of the service he provided.
She is in no mental state to know better and my father didn't pay attention- He is an elderly man himself.
This is how the elderly are taken advantage of and it's disgusting!!!!!

I gotten a gift card for Valentine’s Day to this place. Which is not my typical place I go to for nails. Changing up your place for nails is always risky, usually once you find a place you stay. But because I had a gift card I decided to go. My mother in law told me she used to see Tammy all the time. In the reviews her name is mentioned a lot. After two days of my nails being done they just started breaking. All of them. One by one. I spent several days the following week getting my nails repaired. I don’t have time to spend every day at the nail salon. In the picture I provided this is what one hand looked like in a week an a half. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because how incredibly nice Kevin was when I came in. He sat next to talked to me. Got to know me. I expressed my concern of how easily my nails are breaking and he told me to just keep coming back if that happen. I just don’t have time to go to the salon every day. It took me a long time to grow my nails out. Now every single one of them are broken. I’m disappointed… I wasted 60 dollars to ruin my nails. If I ever do decide to give this place another chance it would only be because of how kind Kevin was to me and how he made my experience better. I did decide to stop returning to get my nails repaired because it seemed like they didn’t want to redo my whole set. I’m going to soak my nails and take the dip off myself and cut them and start all the way back over and not come here again. I heard so much good about Tammy I am wondering if she just had a bad day because no one is perfect.

I took my daughter there today for a full set of acrylic nails. The staff was unprofessional, no one spoke English, the work was very sloppy and later that evening one of her nails broke. I would not recommend going there.

I was unable to go to my regular place with my daughter so we decided to check this place out because we saw some good reviews. The paint on my nails was chipping by the next day and 1 of my daughters nails is definitely crooked and the acrylic under the nail is stuck to her skin. I went in for a fill in and she got a full set and it was literally.... more expensive than I've ever paid for the both of us. $180 later with chipped paint and crooked nails. Based of the price and final prodyct I definitely DO NOT reccomend.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I have driven past this place A few times but this has been the first time that I have gone in. I originally went in for a pedicure and ended up getting a full set as well because the nail technician had done her own nails and I absolutely loved it. they were so sweet, very professional, and have a amazing rewards program. I will definitely be back in two weeks for my fill in

My first time here I didn't communicate what I wanted clearly. Despite this Kevin told me to come back in and listened to all of my complaints and redid my nails. I am so glad I went back in and had them fix! I have never had my nails done so perfectly let alone by someone who is so nice and obvious cares about his work! Right when you walk in you can tell they love what they do just by how clean and beautify decorated it is. What I cannot stress enough is that they clearly are passionate about their work. Kevin is a true artist! The first picture is the reference photo, the next photo is the first attempt, and the last 2 photos are the final result! As you can see Kevin is a nail god! He was determined to make me happy and I felt very taken care of! I have been to over 10 nail salons in Augusta, but they were always subpar so I never had the desire to go back. Now getting my nails done will be a necessity because of how amazing they are!

I came today (27 Dec) and i had a good experience at this nail bar. I was greeted by Kevin and he also did my refill. I read other reviews and they all mentioned how he gives great customer service. Which he really does! I didn’t have an appointment but the wait was not long either. He was friendly and made sure I was happy with the service. Thanks Kevin and nice meeting you.
