The atmosphere and staff are amazing. Farrah has done my hair a few times already as I just moved to the area and I feel like a whole new person! She was able to get me to the shade of blonde I always wanted to be, I am over the moon! The rest of the staff is also super knowledgable and everyone I have seen leaves looking like an amazing new version of themselves. Takes your self esteem to a whole new level when people know what they are doing, do it well, and have a great and warm personality to match. Southern charm and skills are far from lacking here.

I got a hair cut. The hair designer's name was Leah. She was a great listener which helped me to clarify what exactly I wanted and she was a very skillful hair designer. She had a great personality which made the experience at the salon very pleasant. I am going to get a hair cut from her every month.

Gina was amazing! She talked me through everything. I have been experiencing shedding and hair loss with my medications and just haven't felt like myself. I had an idea of what I wanted, and she not only helped me to feel more confident in myself and my hair journey, but she surpassed my hopes for my hair. When I looked in the mirror, I saw myself again for the first time in 3 years. I can not say enough about her. I truly enjoyed being her client today, and I look forward to having her again!

I went to my first appointment at Avail Salon today, and Don was incredible. I had decided to take almost nine inches off my hair for the first time in years. From the moment we met, all my nerves about making such a big change went away. I felt I could completely trust Don to do what was right for me and my hair. He was honest with me about what he thought would look good for my hair, while also respecting my input. He did not disappoint! Best haircut I have had in a very long time.
The atmosphere was clean, professional and easy-going. 110% recommend Don and Avail Salon!

Avail salon has been my go to place for color, cuts and style. For over 2 yrs my stylist, Jessica Thompson, does an amazing job every week. I love the color that she recommended for my hair. It's always such a great experience here at avail. I would recommend Jessica and have. She always bends over backwards to accommodate my schedule.

I just moved to Augusta and I found Carrie through a friend. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my first impression was the salon was very clean and charming. I went in for a hair cut and cezanne treatment. She immediately took me back and educated me about the process before she began and gave me clear expectations. I was skeptical because of the price but my hair looks phenomenal and it was worth every penny! The treatment and cut is absolutely gorgeous...I have very difficult hair to work with and it was no match for Carrie. I was grinning from ear to ear when I left because of how beautiful my hair looks. Not only is she a talented stylist but she is also friendly. I chatted with her about the area and she didn’t mind all my questions. I feel I have a better feel of Augusta because of her southern hospitality!
