This place is amazing!
Their customer service is impeccable! Their response time to text messages is awesome. They will do their best to make time for you. I feel bad changing time, but they are very flexible, and I greatly appreciate that. That is awesome customer service! And that is hard to find nowadays.

Their online schedule only allowed me to book 1 person for a time slot, but they were able to squeeze me in and my mom-in-law to the same time slot. I am very pleased with their time flexibility.

The massage itself was awesome! Special thanks to Nick and Jade. I highly recommend Nick. He did a great job, I got so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. ? I am sure to come back.

From the moment you enter the smell is inviting and the spa is very intimate. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I book a 90 minute relax massage with Patrick. The massage was great. I walked in very tense, tight and stressed but left feeling very relaxed. The price was reasonable and they even have items you can purchase to keep the self care going at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be booking again.

It was a Saturday when I needed a 911 massage ?‍♂️. I began to call around to hear, we are booked, sorry! During my calling around Synergy text me let me know everyone was booked for today but they were asking Patrick if he would come in to help me. I stopped all my calls and began to wait for a reply. I was told to go in at 12 I will be with Patrick. I have never in my life had a professional massage until I met Patrick. I barely walked into Synergy due to my lower middle back giving out the night before. When he was done, I was able to walk out the door with no fear of take steps to get there. Patrick was kind, sympathetic, patient, and knew is job well. I'm glad Synergy called me back and paired me up with Patrick! I will never go to anyone else. He was perfect for me!

Nick is my provider here. And I always get the alleviate 90 minute massage. So I cannot speak to other services, but nick is so professional, kind and personable, he really wants my service to be about me ans for the first time ever, I actually can tell a difference in pain levels and general achiness after my service. The location is clean and is family owned and operated. I sent my mother here for a massage for her birthday ans I never worried once about her experience. This isn't only the kind of place I would send friends and family. I already have.
