I wish I could give 10 stars. Clean to the max. Front desk was delightful & happy to be at work. NP, Erin, was thorough and answered all questions. I waited 5 minutes to be taken back. Clean & sanitized waiting area and restrooms. Professional & friendly.

Never the type to post reviews but i genuinely haven’t had such an easy, seamless & positive experience at an urgent/prompt care before! The girls at the front desk were so sweet & nice. The tech that took my vitals made me feel like we were friends within a few minutes of talking & the NP was caring & made sure i understood why I was having these symptoms. Piedmont Prompt Care of Appling really put my mind at ease today! ☺️

They are slow. The parking lot is nearly empty and they are always slow. (3rd time)
I came in at 1050 bc I have another appt at 1pm. It's currently 1220 and we're not out the door.... I should have driven further for the urgent care by Green walmart.... disappointing

All of the staff from front desk to the doctor were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They got me in and out so quickly, but listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions, and gave a thorough explanation of my diagnosis and treatment. The facility was also clean.

I would give a ZERO if I could. I went there last Wednesday (3/6/24) with a UTI among other things. After a UA (I requested that a culture be done) confirmed the UTI I was given 7 days of antibiotics. I finished those yesterday. I’m still symptomatic so I called this morning and relayed this information and asked for a refill on the abx. I was told I would have to go back in for another culture. I explained that I am a nurse and that the culture would not be accurate because of the abx. After much to do—they offered a very ineffective abx. I WILL NOT BE BACK THERE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I went in this morning at 8:30 to be tested for the flu, covid, and strep. The medical assistant who pulled us back to take our vitals and put us in our room was extremely rude. She asked our symptoms and my boyfriend began to explain his and she cut him off very quickly and very rudely said “um, no one at a time”, and just seemed so miserable to be there. After we were tested, we were told it would be 15 minutes, but we waited 45 before they came in to tell us the results that we had already seen on our MyChart accounts. The physician discussed our results with us and told us they would be right back in with our work excuses. We waited for over 20 minutes and finally went out and asked someone for them. They had printed them and forgotten to bring them to us. We spent two hours there this morning, and there were only two cars in the parking lot when we showed up.

PLEASE do not go here if you don’t have insurance. I haven’t had insurance for a while now and I have always gone to Mednow where I was only charged $100 for whatever the reason. I tried piedmont because I was feeling very sick and it was close to home. They charged me over $650 for my visit. $370 of that charge was “new patient fees”. This is absolutely insane!!! There is no reason why me being a new patient should cost double the actual tests they did on me. My flu test was $110 and my covid test was $150!!! Please do not go here if you don’t have insurance, it is not worth it and there are plenty of other healthcare facilities that can provide cheaper and better care!!!!
