Dr. Patel was so kind and stayed late because I added a few more tweaks to what I originally wanted. He didn’t try to convince to do procedures he didn’t think I needed and now I have the most beautiful lips in Middle Georgia 🙂 The staff were kind and attentive, the office is very nice and they are open on Saturday, that’s amazing! I’ve been to several providers in the area over the years but I think I’ve found my forever Beauty Doc! I love my results!

Dr. Patel started our session by asking me about my concerns and was very detailed in his recommendations to get the best results. He was gentle in administering my Botox injections and I can’t wait for my follow up appointment not to mention my results. TB continued…..

I had high hopes for my visit to Southern Aesthetics, especially after the aesthetician assured me I was a great candidate for treating sagging skin on my thighs. She mentioned that my good nutrition, active lifestyle, and hydration were all positive factors, and that I’d need six treatments to see results. Unfortunately, after completing all six treatments, I saw no visible improvement whatsoever.

Throughout the process, they took photos to track progress, but even after my final session, I noticed no changes. The aesthetician said she would call me in six weeks and send me the photos, but neither happened. Two months later, I made a follow-up appointment hoping for some guidance, but I was basically told there was nothing more they could do unless I wanted to continue the treatments—something I didn’t feel comfortable with after no results from the initial rounds.

While the spa itself is nice, and the staff is pleasant, I strongly urge anyone considering similar treatments to do thorough research. Perhaps their facial treatment are more effective, but for treatments targeting sagging skin on the thighs, I wouldn’t recommend Southern Aesthetics. I spent a significant amount of money with no results and received no follow-up communication, (still don’t have the photos) which was disappointing. Be mindful of where you’re spending your money!

I really enjoyed my microderm facial. Kaesia is absolutely awesome! She definitely has magical hands. I also loved how knowledgeable she is when it comes to skincare and being able to assess your skin and know exactly what it needs! Go see her. You won’t be disappointed!!
