I went there to get my lashes done and they accepted me for 4:00 appointment the same day so I was really excited I had just had a really poor experience with a another lash tech. She was unable to remove about 30% of my left lash. It was cluster lashes that I installed and they had no glue remover. So, I told her I wanted her to work around it and she mentioned that she would work around it. I went into the bathroom to try and take the lashes out with glue removerfrom the beauty market and it doesn't work. I come out there thinking oh well it doesn't work but at least I can get most of my lashes done. She refused to do the lashes and said she would rather work on a new set. I literally drove 45 minutes to you. I needed the set done and I would have rather she worked around that but she told me she would do something and then when the time came to do it she refuse to do it. I will not be coming back. very poor experience. Also, they do not accept cash and only card? That's low-key ratchet LOL also, their longest last length is 16 mm. Yikes. Do better

Let me first say this, the girls who work their are super nice. However, to be honest I don’t think they know what they are doing when it comes to lashes and need more training and experience. The first time I came the lashes lasted a few days not even a week. I decided to try them again you know because everyone has bad days but the weeks after my second experience my full natural lashes are thinner than they ever been in my entire life. They weren’t properly removed and the glue is way to harsh for someone’s natural lashes and they add them in clusters and not one by one so it makes it heavy on each lash. Attached is before and after pictures. I hate to have to do this because they were so nice but now I have to deal with my natural lashes gone.

I really enjoyed my experience of getting my Brazilian wax. I love how nice and clean she is. It’s quick, easy & she talks you through the entire process ensuring you’re comfortable. It’s not painful at all. I only come here; wouldn’t think of going anywhere. Plus they’re affordable and also have V-Steams. I love this place.

My teenage daughter told me about this wonderful local business and I'm happy she did. I went to inquire about lash extensions
and was told about their current 30% off special, Kaseem assisted me, scheduled me for next day appt and I chose to pre pay for my service. Kassem was my lash tech and she did a wonderful job and I will be returning to maintain my new extensions! The shop is clean with cute decor and yes, the restroom was also fresh and clean. I was very impressed and pleased with my lash services, Kaseem was great!

Kaseem is an extremely experienced and professional lash tech! I’ve gone to her 3 times now for a hybrid set and fillins and each experience has been amazing, quality work and a super comfortable environment. Book with her! You won’t regret!

First time at a beauty lounge so glad it was here . The service was top notch 10/10. I received the Glow facial which was set for 30 mins but I swear she took her time explain everything even asked about my mental health . This is my new spot. Felt amazing being recognized. You can tell the owner genuinely is doing this to make a difference and not just a buck. Thank you so much ? See you next week

The owner/manager I'm not sure which is very accommodating and very professional. Wynter has done my lashes the last two times. She is very sweet and does a great job! I will definitely patronize this business again in the future!
