I just got my nails done, and I’m absolutely obsessed! They are SO cute—better than what I envisioned! Lina was my nail tech and she DID HER BIG ONE! The design is flawless, and the attention to detail is incredible. But what really made the experience was the customer service; it was over the top superb. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made me feel so welcome from start to finish. I love my nails so much that I couldn’t leave without booking my next appointment right on the spot! Highly recommend this place!

It was my first time to go to nail shop in brookhaven. I got gel nail with design and gel pedicure in here and it was an awesome experience.

First, I had a pedicure. Since I had recently cut my toenails very short, it must have been challenging for the technician, but he took excellent care of them.

After the pedicure, I was introduced to another technician for my nails. Before arriving, I was concerned about my nails being excessively ground down, though I know this is common in many salons. When I met Luna, my nail technician, I asked her not to grind my nails too much. She understood my request right away. I also showed her a photo of a light blue design I wanted, though I didn’t have high expectations due to a previous poor experience at another salon. Luna suggested a pink color instead, as it would complement my skin tone and match my pedicure. As she worked on the design, it turned out even better than I had hoped. The final result was exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations.

So i highly recommend Luna for the nail and I will come here again:)

I used to come here a lot years ago and really enjoyed it. Now, they don't listen and the work is just not good. I got my toes done last month and one big toe was round and the other was straight while my nails were just okay. I let it go and came back again for a fill. I walked in and my nails were long and oval. I asked her to trim the acrylic powder down to my nail so it doesn't show and straighten the nail out. Why did she cut half my nail off? She did one nail and I immediately told her "Thats too short, i didn't want them short. Don't cut them anymore than you already have". She ended up doing that hand short and not cutting the other hand but I was still charged for a cut down i didn't ask for...AND the shaping was trash overall. They can't pay me to come back here again.

Luxury nails in chamblee is the absolute best nail salon in Atlanta! 5 star customer service, free drinks (wine, sangria, margarita, water or soda), and a convenient location. I go to Lina for my nails and she never disappoints! I've been coming here for over a year and I'm more than satisfied every time.

Everything was great. Didn’t give 5 stars because only did 1 coat for the white part of my French tip and it’s already chipping and it hasn’t even been 24 hrs. Wish she had done 2 coats for the tip. She did 3 coats for the base color.
