Cannot say enough good things about this business and its team members! Professional and well-educated, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing the ideal environment for relaxation. The retail area is full of great products. They offer wonderful little incentives and savings on services. I highly recommend a visit to Courtney Patton, PA-C, she's licensed and educated in several mediums. She was an absolute pleasure to visit for a facial consult and tox treatment before the holidays. This will be my go-to spa for many years to come.

Jess gave an amazing deep tissue massage. He gave great suggestions to help stretch certain areas. I decided to go back within the month for a relaxing massage and my 90 min hot stone massage with Anthony was perfection. I thought 90min would be too long since I’m used to 60 min, but the way he worked up to the hot stones prepped my muscles and gave me a stepwise relaxing treatment. I’ll definitely return!

Update: Ashley the manager followed up with me after she read my review about cold rooms and offered me a discount to come back in. She told me she had the hvac fixed after my review and I went back today and the room was warm and it was a terrific experience. So glad to know they are reading and reacting to the reviews. Honestly don’t think it would’ve kept me from coming back, but so appreciated!! Thank you, Ashley and team!

the massage therapist and aesthetician were terrific, but it was so cold in the massage room I was literally shivering the whole time. She got me another blanket and had the bed warmer on but it was almost unbearable. Unfortunate as it really tarnished the experience. The rooms were warmed by the time I went to the facial.

Sheilah is absolutely amazing!!! I've had massages from various therapists, but Sheilah is exceptional and stands out as the best I've ever experienced! Her personalized care addressed all of my trouble areas. Her schedule fills up quickly. Therefore, I highly recommend booking your appointments with her well in advance.

Based on other reviews I booked a 90 minute massage with Chin and it didn’t disappoint. He was phenomenal. Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I generally prefer female therapists but he made me feel beyond comfortable. Would highly recommend! Also, the woman who checked me out was super nice. I had a really great experience. Will definitely be back!
