I took a lash course class with Beyoncé and I highly recommend going to her. She is very thorough. She also helps you and it’s very patient with teaching you her techniques. She gives you all the materials that you need as well. I will definitely be going back to her for my refresher class.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I signed up for a lash class with Beyoncé and paid the deposit via Zelle (should’ve been my first red flag. Never pay a business via personal Zelle). Due to a family emergency, she asked me to reschedule very last minute and I agreed. Within a few days I also had a family emergency and asked her to cancel and refund my deposit since no where in our communication or the way that I booked, did it say nonrefundable. It was getting hard to find childcare multiple times and I figured I would just reschedule when I finally had the time and the resources to complete the class, I just wasn’t sure when that would be. That’s when she told me the deposit was nonrefundable and refused to refund it. She then said she would refund after she returned the kit. I reached out it twice after that and a month and some change later, she told me she wasn’t able to return the kit and I would not be receiving my refund. I tried disputing through my bank and they said that since it’s a personal Zelle account, their hands are tied. I should’ve just cancelled the class when she asked to reschedule the first time. I 10/10 would NOT recommend this company and will be making sure everyone knows about this in citrus county.

Edit to add: she did not have me book through her booking platform nor did she direct me there for any of her policies. I didn’t even know it existed. Horrible business practice. If you have policies, you should make them know. Her hands are not tied. she could 100% refund my deposit. She’s choosing not to.
