This was my first time getting any medical procedures done and Emily was fantastic! She was super patient and kind. She walked me through the different services and answered all the questions I had. Nicole was the practitioner and she was also great! Thank you ladies!

Love love love!!! I can’t say enough about the service and top notch staff!!! I’ve had several services done. I had my first skin pen/micro-needling session done and can already see the difference in my skin texture and sun spots! We wont even discuss the new lips Nicole gave me! ? I’m so happy that I made the decision to become a member, they treat you like family!!!

Absolutely love this place. I’m her every week so they are like family. The place is always clean and very chic and classy decor. The staff is what keeps me loyal because they are amazing. They always make me feel special and greet me with a smile. I love Maddy T, Maddie M, Michaela, Ashley, Victoria and Liz. They have the best staff ever!! I highly recommend everyone to come in and relax and relish in all of their amazing self care options from facials to fractional lasers. And I love that they have a TV in every room so you can relax. Also the members lounge has great massage chairs to unwind in. Oh and they also sell super premium pharmaceutical skin care products…. Try to catch one of their fun special events they have each month with free giveaways.

It’s really too bad I can only give 5 stars, if I could, it would be to infinity and beyond. ✨?

I’ve had a few services here, both at the Ocoee location, and the Lake Mary/Heathrow locations, both of which have been nothing short of sublime! From the minute I walked in the door, to the minute I left, I was greeted with professionalism, cheer, peace, and kindness. Each and every staff member, from the receptionists, to the estheticians, the nurse practitioner, and to the owner, were all incredibly patient, compassionate, intelligent, and welcoming.

They explained each procedure prior to, and during, checking in that I was comfortable and prepared for the next part.

Kiley C. was my esthetician performing a new procedure and was under the careful guidance and exceptional training with Lindsay G. I highly recommend either of the two for all your skin care needs!

I will be back.:)

Extremely disappointed to have been turned away after driving over 45 mins for a 5 min procedure. I felt there was an unwillingness for resolution.

I arrived at 6:52pm for my 6:45pm appointment and I say this because they apparently have a 5-min grace period before they move on to the next appointment.

Whats the point of confirming your appointment if you’ll just assume the person wont show up? You can also call to see what happened? I cant even go to the Kissimmee location per your policy. Improve your communication please! No one is paying me for the time and gas I have to use to get to your location and you just wash your hands with your unhelpful personnel.

After the person told me they shut everything down (even though they close at 7pm) and told me there’s a 5-min grace, I didnt want to argue because how am I going to make you stay late but then the person attending me didn’t like that I spoke up for myself and said that explaining myself was arguing? So you’re not just going to not help me but you’re going to be rude about it? If you understood like you said you did, you wouldn’t have been so quick to dismiss me and honestly, the attitude was what has me writing this review.

The lack of consideration when you know my hands were tied was BAD SERVICE.
