Fanny did such an amazing job on my manicure! lately it seems like I can't find anyone that paints well with regular polish ... but these are perfect!! cuticles are perfect too.
& she's a sweetheart, highly recommend.

I'm honeslty disappointed. Had to have my nails fixed the first time, and the lady was great. Then I get them done again by someone else there (3rd person) and I walk out, 1 snaps, 2 bubbling and its been less than 48hours. They're uneven. I wasted 55 buck on it. They looked great until I got outside in the light. I didn't feel like it was a safe space either, the first time I had to get them fixed I received dirty looks from the first person who did them. Went in this time and literally could feel the attitude towards me. I don't ever want to get them done again....it was honeslty embarrassing.

i'm not one to write reviews usually- but i wanted to add my experience with this place to caution others before they go. i've been once before and they did plain black acrylic nails. i don't remember the woman's name but she was super sweet and my nails were perfect!
i came back the day before i got MARRIED because i totally trusted this woman to do my wedding nails. i was moved over to a man (i also don't remember his name, i'm sorry!) and i showed him a photo of what i wanted (which i've attached below)

first off, this man didn't even fully file off the black polish from my previous acrylics.. so you could see that through the new ones when he was done.
secondly, the lines on the nails were not even CLOSE to what they look like in the photo. i kept asking if he wanted to see the picture again and he insisted that he "got it, his design will be better". i didn't know what to do at that point.
he added in star glitter which i specifically asked him not to do after he had done it to one of my bridesmaids without her permission.
he was incredibly rough with my hands and left so much white polish all over. didn't even try to clean it off. no lotion or anything.
by the end of the service i was quite literally crying in the chair. but we still paid the $70 and just left. my bridesmaids had noticed my reaction as it was happening and luckily called cutie nails and they were able to fit me in at the very end of their day and my nails looked beautiful.

i do NOT recommend this place, unless you happen to get their ONE good tech. too much of a gamble for me.

Got my nails done here this past week… wow what a sad establishment. This man named Nhan was taking a tool to take off my nail polish and cut my skin twice and when I sad “ow that really hurt” he acted offended as if I did something to him. Instead of apologizing or anything he gave me attitude then said “ok she can do your nails” .. so another woman took over and she was sweet and kind. Because of his wild attitude I will not be coming back. Hey news flash buddy, if you want to make some loyal costumers who tip you and continue coming back, have a little more costumer service- don’t be pathetic.

Horrible 2 hour wait, pedicure 70$ did a horrible job, they forgot about my gfs nail being soaked for 1 hour. I didn't see proper tool sanitation as well. Not going back.

This place, oddly enough, doesn't have their prices posted anywhere. Ive gotten the same manicure here before, and it cost me a little over $20, this time it costed $45 for exactly what I got last time (acrylics with polish). Makes me wonder whether they just make up the prices on the fly. The quality is alright, but for the price they charged me ($45) for just acrylics with regular polish was a little steep; I could have gotten the same manicure for like 20 bucks cheaper in the valley, but didn't have time to go down and get it done. Overall: quality is ok, price is pretty high for the work done, and the lady doing my nails cut my cuticle with the electric filer.

I went to the mall. They did a terrible job! Went here out of a wim. And happened to find my favorite nail tech from three years ago. This at the mall he charged 60. I'm happy he's charging more. He takes care of you. If it don't come out right he will restart over. He's a perfectionist. I came in for lavender ombre. I left with two nails absolutely stunning! Even and well done! Call ahead his names Ronnie! You won't be disappointed?

There is a whole long story, so buckle up, it’s a good one I promise. My best friend was getting married the next day, and we had a nail lady lined up to come to the venue and do nails (ESPECIALLY FOR THE BRIDE TO BE). Well she got COVID-19, so my friend and I were scrambling to find a place to get her nails done. I wasn’t worried about mine anymore, I just wanted hers to be beautiful for her special day. Anyway, we called about 10 different places, right when they were all opening, and finally…finally we found Aspen Nails. Thank goodness we did, we waited about half an hour and then we’re able to squeeze us in. I am so grateful that they were able to do nails for both of us. Not only that, but they matched the pictures! Mine are below, a grey matte nail, and I think they did a perfect job. It may seem simple to some, but it’s a week later and we are still going strong. This is a shout-out to Lily and Anna for doing our nails and helping us avoid a crisis.
