I have been struggling to find a decent nail salon in Flagstaff. Other salons on the west side have cut me multiple times, were rude/mean to me, and the nails themselves did not hold up at all.

Is this place the fanciest? No.

But my gel manicure has lasted a month! I don't normally let it go so long, but I had to see just how long it would last. I suspect I could make this last TWO months without chipping or lifting. The service was fast, reasonably priced and the nails last. I'll definitely be coming back.

low quality nails. 3 different people worked on my nails and not one of them cared enough to drill the rest of the red off my nails from my previous set. the line work is cute but the nail’s themselves are awful. the older woman there seemed to be in a rush and would switch between doing my nails and another customer’s. I came into the salon with a lifted nail, and the same nail that was lifted when I came in lifted 2 days after I got this set done. the older woman insisted that I hit my nail super hard, but I barely tapped it. she fixed it for $5 and when I asked her if she could still see the red she left on my nails she ignored my question. I asked how much for a new color and she said $20, no thanks. the nails are crooked and two of my nails are already lifting when they shouldn’t be. do not come here, super unprofessional!

I do like my pedicure, but this place is not as professional looking as I’m used to. The pedicure stations are in this separate room in the back of the shop but it’s only for soaking, sugar scrub, and a very light application of lotion. Then they take you to the nail stations at the front where they finish the pedicure there. I’ve never experienced it that way. It wasn’t as comfortable as it would if I had stayed in the massage chair. Plus she had her kiddo running around and playing with a bunch of toys. I understand that she needs to watch him as he’s not of the age to be able to go to school, however, it did add to the unprofessionalism. The nail tech herself was very sweet and I enjoyed chatting with her. But then she took out a dremel to get rid of callouses which got really hot and actually hurt. My regular place usually uses a foot file after having soaked so there’s no pain.

The salon set up is not impressive but the service was good. I was helped by Hien who was very social and polite. My gel nails turned out great, very happy with them

I only got a manicure it was $20 bucks with no coloring, the person cut me by accident and just put nail glue on the cut to stop it from bleeding it's kind of unfortunate since I've been here before and they gave me a decent amount of service.

Horrible service , I went in for a pedicure and overlay, was charge $55 for overlay and picture will show you my services and pedicure was soaking my foot and painting my toe nails which I could have done, was then told I was being charge 55 for that as well and all this service took over 2 hours because they kept walking away. When I ask why I was being charge $55 for soaking my feet and painting my toe nails , they said it was for the massage, I never received because they kept going to other customers. No massage , no callus rub , and the guy was yelling saying his wife doesn't lie, and I was rude...I'm rude but I paid 110 dollars for poor service.

Very awkward establishment for pedicures. I had my feet soaked, along with the sugar scrub at the pedicure stand in the back, then I was escorted to the front to sit in a different manicure chair to have my pedicure completed. I also had 2 different people working on my feet. It was not relaxing at all
