Definitely recommend! Super clean workspace. The staff were super friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable! 10/10 experience. Got my lash lift/tint done by Kierrynn Fowler, and her work is amazing, definitely recommend her work for anyone interested.

Was a customer since 2021. I have never once no called or no showed an appointment. The last two appointments I had to cancel. One time I had a temperature of 102 (Covid) and the other time my uncle died. Now when I went to make another appointment Vagaro said the business was not available. Weird, so I just deleted and remade my account thinking it was a bug and it worked, great. Well until I received a cancellation notice and a phone call from Kati who explained that I would not be able to make anymore appointments without paying first. That in the last 3 years I had cancelled too many times (this was never mentioned once to me) I didn’t know it was a tally mark situation or that this was even a problem. I don’t believe this situation was handled professionally or with any empathy. Blocking me on vagaro without even communicating with me and never having a candid conversation in 3 years is odd to say the least. I hope they can learn from this situation and be more professional to people in the future. I’ve never been anything but kind to all of the staff and even allowed them to move or cancel appointments on me when they had things come up. I’d completely understand if my reasons for canceling were not serious but that has not been the case.

Everytime I’ve been here I have gotten great facials and knowledgeable estheticians. Super friendly and great treatments. Also a calming atmosphere. My favorite spa in Flagstaff!
