This is the best nail salon out there! I’ve had my nails done a few times elsewhere and I always took them off! I was hesitant to get them done again but Jennifer “Neihen” at table #2 is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Her work is flawless and she listens to what you like. Mary the owner, is so kind and welcoming! It’s obvious these ladies care about their customers! GO SEE HER! 🙂 I got acrylic dip powder in “Fresh Pink”

I learned a hard $60 lesson at this salon. I had been going here for a few months consistently and had mostly good experiences, especially with the very friendly owner. However, on my most recent visit, I had a very uncomfortable experience with Calvin and the owner completely denied that anything happened. If you’re a young woman, please do yourself a favor and don’t come here. I have never felt so uncomfortable and stuck in a service before. To make matters worse, my polish started peeling off within 2 days of normal use, which has never happened to me before - so now I have to go get my nails done again and spend even more money.

I normally drive to the valley to get my nails done, but don't need to anymore! Calvin does an AMAZING job on acrylic sets and has also done a pedicure for me. I will always ask for him specifically. Mary, the owner, is also so welcoming and makes me feel so comfortable every time.

I’m not a fan of most salons in flagstaff because they’re all overpriced or just really low quality work. This was my first time at this salon and Sonny was amazing! He is new to the area but definitely not new to nails. He worked quickly and efficiently but not in a hurry or rushed like at other salons. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Went in today as a walk in for a full set. No wait was sat down immediately and kindly welcomed by Mary. Jenny my stylist was super sweet and helped me figure out the correct colors for the inspiration picture I had shown her. She took her time doing my nails and they came out just like I had hoped! Will be back (:

I came in months ago for a mani pedi before going on a cruise. I typically have natural, strong, long nails, but wanted the basil polish to last for the event. They first did gel and told me that was less damaging on my nails and then the next time I came in to get them done again, they said I should do drops as they were less damaging. Then a few weeks later I needed them off due to surgery. The tech used a tool to take them off and literally ruined my nails. Took off so much of my natural nails they were like rubber, paper tin and all broke within minutes of getting into my car. I tried letting them know the next time I needed nails for a wedding. They told me it was not their doing but how my natural nails are. I tried giving them another chance to make it right recently and to let me know how they can be remedied, but again I was told it was my own nails and not their procedures that caused this! The photo of my hand on my husband is how my nails were before!

I absolutely love Flagstaff Nails Salon! I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now, and every visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. Mary, the owner, is incredibly nice and personable. She always remembers me, my mom, and my sister by name, and she genuinely cares about how we’re doing. This personal touch makes each visit feel special.

The quality of service at this salon is exceptional. They always do my nails wonderfully and are fantastic at following the pictures I show them of different nail designs I like. Today, although I don’t know the name of the nail tech who did my nails, he did an outstanding job, perfectly capturing exactly what I wanted.

I highly recommend Flagstaff Nails Salon. It’s, without a doubt, the best nail salon in Flagstaff!
