LOVE LOVE LOVE this place !!!! This was my first time and it was awesome. My friend booked us (her, her daughter, and myself) an appointment and we were able to walk in at our time and and get started immediately. We were all able to get our pedicure the same time. They have great hospitality and an awesome receptionist and you don’t see that in a lot of places. The lady did my feet and the younger guy did my nails. I have no complaints at all. The pricing was very affordable to me because I’ve been places where I’ve paid more. The young guy was very attentive to my friends daughter while he was doing her pedicure and I loved that. He incorporated sparkles into her nails , which she loved. Definitely recommend!

The most racist place I've ever been! They look at you like you disgust them. They rush on your nails. I received a fungus on my feet from my pedicure. They told me i should go to the south or the north side because it would suit me better. Overall terrible if i spend my money i should not feel like they way they made me feel.

Everyone was so nice! The lady who did my pedicure, I did not get her name, was attentive and had an amazing sense of humor. I was very impressed with the nail art done on my acrylics. He did incredible work! Overall, it was an amazing experience and one of the best nail salon visits I’ve ever had! I definitely recommend!

I went for eyelash extensions and they did way better than expected. The price is super affordable compared to most and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I went with a more dramatic look than I normally would for an upcoming music festival but I feel that it was still very tastefully done. I will be going back.

Recently moved to the area and stopped into BAJ nails today. What a fantastic place! They were friendly, fast, and fair priced. My nail tech did exactly what I asked for just by showing a photo. She made sure I was happy with the length multiple times and the color! Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

I have been going to hi since 2018 and he is the only one that I will allow to touch my nails. I don’t have to tell him what I want he just know how I like my nails done.

Listen to the bad reviews, and take note of how most of the positive ones are from years ago. I booked an appointment online and requested a manicure, removal of an old set of acrylic, and a fresh set with nail art. I was very specific in my notes and the services I booked. Online it estimated the services would take almost two hours, which is what I expected. When I arrived they did not look at my appointment, but rushed me into a chair. It was 40 minutes of back and forth arguing with the tech, trying to explain what I wanted and him talking over me. When I said twice that I wanted an actual manicure because my cuticles needed it (I'm a healthcare provider and constantly washing my hands) he began filing my nails with the electric file and said, "That's it, there's your manicure." He was also going back and forth between me and another client waiting for a pedicure, assuring her that he was going as fast as he could on the service I had booked two days in advance. When it came to the nail painting, I showed him a picture and he applied a completely different color even after I told him it was wrong. At this point my nails were bare so I thought I would just hope for the best. Then he started trying to apply completely different colors from the design in the nail art When I tried to tell him it was again, wrong he just argued with me. I told him to just paint my nails a solid color so I could go. He kept trying to push his botched nail art and it took some back and forth to get him to finish to a point where I could leave and get my nails fixed elsewhere. I paid for the service but did not tip for the first time in almost ten years of getting nail services. I left with lumpy, poorly shaped nails and a cut cuticle.
