Been to several palms this by far best location , no appointment labs, able get me a hard stick on the first try , front desk is amazing ,patient above and beyond to reach out to my other providers and has information ready and explains any referrals and follows up with them , works with inept casemangers to settle any complications and sweet no matter my attitude lol the doctors also above and beyond, listen explain and provide extra time to rule out or track down the root of the symptoms not just treat them. The only thing I dislike is all faxes ect go thru a main hub , so if you need same day bring written orders

Waited over an hour for a lab draw and just left. No excuse or reason to wait an hour for a lab draw when there were two medical assistants in the back, and the lobby was cleared out. I asked at check in how long of a wait and was told there were two MA's, so it shouldn't be long.
Don't waste your time with this location. Make the extra few mile drive and go to the Orange Park office. Typically, that's the office I go to because their MA's aren't lazy and get you in and out!

First my doctor left the practice and I found out when calling to schedule. My appointment was 9/20 at 4. Today out of the blue they sent email with appointment on 9/27 at 2:40. Called and they changed it without checking with me first. They screwed my husband over by billing his physical as regular appointment and now instead of his free physical they are charging him $140,00 despite the fact they can see it was a scheduled physical!!!

Receptionists and all the staff are friendly and calls are answered in a timely manner, they also have a website to view medical test, or messages. The office is clean and they make you feel comfortable during your visit. I have been to many Doctors where I don’t feel heard or rushed, I don’t feel that here. My provider Nicole Buzzard does an excellent job in hearing any medical concerns I have, She gives information and asks multiple questions to further prevent/diagnose any problems, and I am able to ask her questions with ease. From my visits I see that Nicole takes her time and cares for her patients she is also very pleasant. I am happy to have found Palms Medical Group.

Do not make the mistake of thinking you will be anything more than an insurance billable, name and date of birth...
The "dr." Bruce Thomas Cares far more about how he looks to the FDA than fulfilling the needs of the patients. THIS IS NOT ABOUT A PAIN MED. I do not need nor take pain meds. YOU ARE NOT TRUSTED AND HAVE ZERO influence on his decision no matter how dire the situation is ..
My Dr of 12 years suddenly had to retire for urgent medical reasons. The hoops and excuses that he gave continuously about picking up where my dr and I had gotten to where constant and my please ignored and LESS THAN A PRIORITY ... I made it CLEARLY known the the effects of being off my meds for the months that they strung me along where costing me tremendously at work in my performance and ability to be thorough and complete tasks in timely accurate manner . ALL FELL ON DEF EARS with him. His PA urged him to reconsider and help me and she was shut down at all turns . She will one day soon be a far better dr. Than he will ever be.
my complaints will not stop at a mere Google review..
DBPR .. Medical icensing and review board .. and the BBB are next

Disappointed today. They gave me a 1:00 pm
Appt but the receptionist did not return from lunch until 1:07. I was left standing outside in the pouring rain to knock on the door.

Don’t give patients 1 pm appointments if you’re not present to let them in.
