I got my mani and pedi done at this place and I definitely do not recommend it nor will I be returning there. If only I could get my money back... Look at these acrylic nails… look at these cuticles! I would’ve done a better job doing it myself if only I had the materials for an acrylic fill in. The worst part of all was this Hispanic-looking lady that was doing my nails, leaving the roots unpainted and when I asked her to paint the entire nail she rudely replied “do you want me to paint over your cuticles?” EXCUSE ME? You call yourself a nail professional? This whole service was not professional at all. The bare minimum a nail tech can do is know how to paint basic nails. You shouldn’t paint only the bottom half of the nail as if it had already grown out for 2 months. What an awful experience honestly. I wish I could give this lady zero stars, she should not be working in this line of business.

Was fast and they let me do a walk in appointment. The nails came out ok but the polis peeled off the same night. I paid a lot for these and I’m disappointed

I will NEVER go back to this place again. I have been a customer here for some time. "Lilly" is my nail tech. I tip at every service both for my nails and toes. I made an appointment about two weeks ago. Understanding it was Christmas Eve, I said what time you will be here until. Lilly said to me, "until close you can come at 4pm or 5pm. I said 5pm is perfect.

I walked in the store at 4:50pm and notice that the shop was empty. A younger tech said to me " we are close". I informed the tech that I had an appointment with Lilly. He responded " her baby birthday she went home early". I told the gentleman that at least Lilly should have called to nofity me. I understand it is her child's birthday but at least I had an appointment she could have told me since I come here every two weeks.

I couldn't believe this was the way I was being treated as a customer. Let's face the fact, you know that your child's birthday was today for 11-months. Two (2) weeks ago you shouldn't have taken my appointment. Okay last minute change.... call your customers so they are aware. It is clear that you don't value your customers and you treat them like TRASH! I will take my hard earned money someplace else. This is a business! You are not doing me a favor. You could have planned your day ahead and inform your customers so everyone knows that you have adjusted hours. It is common sense!

My purple nails are the length that I went in with. I decided to remove the gel polish and I just wanted a manicure with regular polish. The girl did not speak English, so I went on Google translate and I put it in Spanish to please cut my nails, a little bit and shape them almond. She did one hand and she cut all my nails super short!! ? then the other woman did my other hand, and I told her to cut them a little bit and make them almond and the picture below is what I got. So both hands are different and both look horrible!!! 1.5 years to grow out my nails for them to cut them all off when I clearly didn’t ask for that!
Then she had the audacity to ask me to pay $10, which I did not pay.

This was my second time that a tech at this place did my nails and it was horrible. The first time I did dip and the top coat peeled off in two days.
After months the owner scheduled me with her again and 4 days after every one of my nails chipped.
I called the owner and advised I did my nails last week for and event this week and now have to get it redone and can’t get back to her place. She said well the tech was paid already so she can do it for 50% off the next time I can get there.
How is this a solution?

I now have to pay full price and find the time to go get it done again before the weekend and pay again.
So I am paying twice and she will give me 50%of the next time?

Just had a long, overdue pedicure and am quite pleased! I am visiting from out of town and decided to try this nail salon since I had to go to another store in the same plaza. For a walk-in on a Saturday, I expected my wait to be 30+ minutes but it was less than 20. Wished I lived here so I could go to this nail salon every two weeks.
