Spent the night at the hotel. The staff was kind and the room was super super spacious. Love that you can check out pickleball equipment as well. The sunrise was perfect here. I would love to do an out her staycation.

I have been to MANY spas, and had many massages and have never had such a great experience from start to finish. Within 10 minutes of leaving a message for an appointment, got a call back and offered several times. The front desk/spa coordinators were both lovely and super kind. They even gave me a mimosa to help celebrate my birthday that I was there celebrating. Jessica the therapist is a true massage master! I felt taller, more relaxed and back to full mobility after an 80 minute arnica deep tissue massage. The spa itself was clean, beautiful and easy to navigate. The relaxation room where you wait before appointments is especially unique and pretty They sell excellent skincare products as well. 100% recommend to anyone in the Scottsdale area

My husband and I came on an earned work related getaway. We got massages with Alyssa and Jessica. Both were the best massages we’ve had and we get massages often. Highly recommend! Great overall experience!

I had a lovely experience at The Spa at Adero. The staff was lovely and Jessica gave me an amazing massage! I read some of the negative reviews about the spa but fortunately for me, I had a truly wonderful experience. I hope everyone has the kind of experience that I did. As it was relaxing, and very enjoyable.

My husband and I had a fantastic 80 minute couples massage at the spa at ADERO. Terri at reception is so hardworking and helpful. Our RMTs Olivia and Ashley were so talented and thorough. They did a spectacular job and were very attentive to the pressure and focusing on our areas of tightness. Can’t say enough about Olivia and Ashley. The spa itself is a bit tired and is in need of a renovation. Both the men’s and ladies change rooms steam rooms are out of order. And my husband said the mineral build up on the tiling in his change room was noticeable. We would be back to see Olivia and Ashley but hope the spa can get its well deserved facelift. Also note, they advise you when you’re finished that they automatically add a 20% gratuity which really surprised us. The fine print on the receipt tells you that tip can be modified. All in all we highly recommend Olivia and Ashley and hope the next time we see them the spa has had some
TLC.

Adero is everything you want in a short and relaxing vacation. Great views, great service, rooms that are better in person than they are in pictures. Would have appreciated some compensation for our veteran discount but other than that will be returning!

The spa was very nice but there are a few reasons for my rating. The women’s jacuzzi was cold. The door was so tight on the steam room I had a mild panic attack thinking I was going to be locked in there forever.

The massage was on the expensive side and the worse one I’ve ever had. We had hiked the day before so I told my therapist my hamstrings were very sore… she didn’t touch my hamstrings! Not once did she ask if the pressure was acceptable… to which I would have said no. Very light pressure, not at all therapeutic. We had a couples massage and my partner had a similar review of his therapist.
