My hair was ruined by “master stylist” Bethanne. I asked for blonde and I paid $460 to end up with yellow streaks and orange roots. On top of that she was so rude, condescending, and obnoxious, both to me and the other staff members the entire time. The 4 hour long appointment was pure torture. I had to pay $350 at another salon to get my hair fixed. If you’re going to try this place, don’t go to Bethanne.

Cynthia is the best. Been going to her for about a year now and haven't been able to go anywhere else for pedicures since I found her. She really does a thorough job & is very honest and knowledgeable. She also did my nails for my wedding in 2022!

Laura does EXCELLENT eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows are perfect every single time . She is very detailed & takes her time. I moved to Florida but still go to her every time I visit family/friends in DE/Philly area.

I have been getting my hair cut here for over a year. Kim has given me the best haircuts I have ever had in my many years. She is a very talented lady who knows just what to do and how to do it. She is very down to Earth and always pleasant and friendly regardless of how busy she is.

I want to like this place because it’s so close to my apartment but I won’t be back again. Facials are decent enough but the nails are very disappointing. At most get a pedicure, but get your nails done elsewhere

So incredibly disappointed with customer service. When you are forced to call the salon to change or cancel an appointment, no one EVER answers the phone! Message states you are the next one in queue but are on hold for 35 minutes.
When I am in the salon, there are always at least 2 people at the front desk. Poor management or just laziness on owners behalf. Maybe he has no clue as to what goes on there.
Also, routinely see certain employees consistently sitting around gossiping about clients….. unprofessional to say the least.

I have been going to Dan for highlights for 28 years!!! He is the Best of the Best! I am 62 years old and have alot of grey..Dan always refers to it as "my natural highlights" and works his magic!
