Tried to give this place a chance.. but we walked through the doors, no greeting or welcome. Employees sitting in their chairs on their phone. Waited for someone to help us at the counter, nobody cared to address us. One of the employees called the next customer behind us and started helping him with no problem. It is unwelcoming and we were ignored completely.
Trash customer service. Would not recommend this SAD facility.

Asked for a low fade but didn’t get what I asked for. They charged too much for a haircut that wasn’t a fade. If I could, I’d give them no stars. Left with hair everywhere, took about 50 minutes just to cut a 1 on the sides with trim. Save your time and money at some place else...
