I’ve been a longtime customer and continuously come back! I am always impressed by how clean and welcoming the space is. Suzanne and Lexie are incredibly professional, and make me feel comfortable and cared for throughout each and every visit. What truly makes this place so great to me is the personalized care I received—every detail and need is always thoughtfully considered. I am very satisfied with the results; my skin has never looked better (and I’m almost 60)! It is clear Suzanne and Lexie take pride in their work. Suzanne is amazing! She has fixed a botched Botox for me… saved me money and time!

I am so glad I came across Refine. Suzanne did an amazing job at explaining everything and I felt very confident about the injectables I was getting done. I got Botox once before and it was like night and day compared to this experience (this experience being the one that was WAY better). I had no idea it wasn’t supposed to feel like my head had been hit with a golf club! I left Refine with no pain or extreme heaviness of the forehead, no bumpiness or anything negative at all. I couldn’t believe how much better this experience was. The placement of the injections was better, the injection itself and as I mentioned earlier, the beside manner so to speak, was exceptional. I highly recommend this business. They also have amazing skin products available for purchase at reasonable prices (everything from retinol, to tone corrector, to serums - all designed to target specific skin concerns.) I will definitely be back. Oh lastly, the facility itself was beautiful! 10 out of 10, very pleased!
