Superior quality and meticulous attention to the smallest detail. Had the exterior and interior detailed on my 2014 mini cooper ,
it came out like brand new ,even non-visible areas are cleaned around gaskets and weather sealing. Jake and his crew are amazing and Professional . Definitely worth every penny !!! I was able to book a full detail through the website and it was SO EASY! I loved that I could pick my date and time window virtually. I was able to book two days out and quickly got confirmation emails to secure the spot.

I received a text asking for more information about my vehicle and received two reminders for the booked appointment. The only glitch is the online portal using my address as the delivery service address which Jake said he was working on to fix.

The vehicle came out beautifully (as the pictures show) and Jake and his team were so professional and responsive. I will absolutely book again and recommend the services to many friends and family. There is also an option for car pick up and drop off at your home which is awesome (small fee outside of Old Saybrook).

Overall, very happy and we will absolutely bring our vehicles back!

Fantastic!! I highly recommend JT's Auto Spa. We brought our Kia Stinger in as there was damage to the paint from parking next to a faulty sprinkler system that had oil and rust in the line. It ruined the paint, chrome and wheels. We thought our best option was to repaint the car. We brought it to JT's Auto Spa and it looks like a brand new car!!

JT’s Auto Spa is the real deal. I got my black Jeep partially wrapped after having my fenders repainted. The same Jeep has been ceramic coated twice elsewhere, which helped, but the 40” tires kicked up rocks the chipped my fenders so I was looking for extra protection. I had the fenders repainted at Lou’s Auto down the street, then they brought it straight to JT. I also had the hood wrapped. I met JT just before he wrapped the Jeep and I was astonished at how clean he made the Jeep. I’ve learned that black paint is super hard to keep clean. When the job was done the Jeep looked brand new…It came out perfect. JT is impressive. I will definitely be back to have my Mercedes ceramic coated or wrapped.
