10 years in business? Impressive… if you’re counting 10 years of consistent mess-ups. I trusted Ashley at Mystique with my hair, expecting professionalism, but walked out with a style that screams ‘oops.’ The best part? They couldn’t care less about fixing their mistake. Customer service? Nonexistent. If you’re into overpriced disasters and zero accountability, this is the place for you. If not, save your time, money, and sanity, and look elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience here, they were really nice, welcoming, n easy to talk to. The atmosphere is beautiful. I told my stylist what I wanted n she did exactly that, she made sure to make it how I wanted it by asking how much hair I wanted etc. I highly suggest this place. 🙂 My hair is way more healthy with volume now ! <3

I never imagined I'd find the best blonde specialist of my life in Gallup NM but here we are! Ashley does such a great job determining the look you're going for and is happy to offer her expertise. My hair has never felt so healthy after a highlight, I can't say enough good things about her! Absolutely brilliant stylist, thanks for making me feel glamorous!

Absolutely great massage!! I've had monthly massages for years and this was one of my best. He's very athletically strong which allows him to control his pressure without popping knots. It's a very rare and great skill.

I'll absolutely look him up when we drive through again.

5 min late for my appointment. But that facial masseur (long white hair lady) was very rude ignoring un- humility heedlessness. And she charged me $25 when I want to cancel. She didn't mention about this change. I left but I Came back again but she locked door front of me. What kind of service do to customers like this. I love body massage in here but never want to go this salon anymore cause her. Customers service really bad. I felt discrimination...

My stylist was Aj & I went in the other day for a hair cut, I told her exactly how I wanted & she did just that. She was so amazing, very talkative. She made me feel so comfortable & after my hair was done I felt amazing. She cut 19” off & it looked so good. Definitely recommend this place, everyone is so polite & I will definitely be coming back 🙂

I recently moved to Gallup and needed a haircut plus highlights. The atmosphere of the salon was very welcoming! I was helped right away and the stylist knew what to do, she also asked all the right questions to my satisfaction. It was very clean and quick. I had called the same day and was able to show up a couple hours later. I highly recommend the salon for most beauty needs.
