I checked in and went to wait. One of the stylists had an attitude with me while I waited. I would suggest anger management and customer service skills be brushed up on.
The lady who did my hair was quite nice and attentive. She discussed how I wanted my hair done. She is the only reason this place gets 2 stars

Hair stylist GINGER is by far the worst hair stylist I have ever had. I asked for a brunette to blonde balayage and straight hair cut just a few inches below shoulders. Simple cut. She chop layered it to my chin! It's so ugly. Her version of a blonde balayage are orange stripey highlights splotched throughout the hair. Not blended at all. It looks like my hair got orange highlights to the roots months ago and it's barely growing out. Very blunt hair color application. It also took Ginger 5 hrs to complete! I went in for my appointment at 11am with long brown hair and came out at 4pm with an orange mess. DO NOT get your balayage done at this location. She also asked me so many inappropriate questions about my personal life and made loud embarrassing comments about my appearance. Totally unprovoked. She is just a loud personal overall with no filter. I cried in the waiting room looking for some help because I was told the salon manager was not available. While seated there, Ginger sat a few feet from me laughing. The JCPenney store manager came in to help me instead, in place of the salon manager. I have been calling the salon since the incident, to speak with the salon manager, Debbie. I left my name and number multiple times and it seems she is avoiding me. I live 2 hours from this salon and cannot just pick up and go pay them a visit whenever I like. Ginger is rude, unprofessional and lacks the skills to be a hair stylist. Don't waste your time and money here. I'm finding out that other people have had disastrous appointments like mine at this same location. I seriously don't know how stylists such as Ginger continue to have a job here.

Attached is what I asked for and the following photos are what my hair is now. Hair cut to my chin. Next layer is much longer, past my shoulders. Only two layers. Hair is streaks of orange and color not applied correctly. Yuck.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was given a bad haircut. Fohawk grew out to my ear so I wanted it even. My fohawk was cut shorter and did not realize until later on how layered the rest of my hair was. Im embarrassed enough im going to wear a hat temporarily until my hair grows out again.

Showed up 10 mins before MY appointment and was told the stylist I had an appointment with a late customer. So I was told to come back in 15-20 mins so I did and returning to the salon they told me I was a “no show” and said the stylist left.

The person who did my hair rushed through it because my son was crying & it looks horrible. She thinned it out so much at the bottom & it’s so poofy in the middle, it literally looks like a mullet. She didn’t style my hair or even blow dry it at all. My hair was still wet & flat when I left. I still gave her a $5 tip for the inconvenience. I regret it now. I’ll have to go to another salon to get this fixed & my hair will have to be cut WAY shorter than I wanted, I asked her to even it out all around & give me layers. & I got a mullet instead. Never coming here again

Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. Just an observation, unless you’re Navajo DO NOT go here.

I showed up 10 mins early for my 630 appt, and after an hour I was still waiting. Nobody asked me if I had been helped. I expressed the inconvenience by asking “what is the point of making an appointment” What’s worse, the stylist knew I was there waiting and didn’t come out to apologize or let me know how much longer I would have to wait. I seriously waited just to see if she would and how long she was going to let me sit there. What kind of service is that!!

This is by far the worst experience ive ever had, totally beats the time I got a bad hair cut. There needs to be a negative option instead of one star.

One star is a lot. Yes I am African American
( hopefully that is the reason that the ladies refuse to take care of me) .
I waited over 15 minutes and no one wanted to make an appointment to only cut my hair ends. I felt bad, embarrassed, discriminated.

Haircut, one side is longer than the other. Time constraint BUT why agree to a cut if you know you won't be able to complete?
