Complaint-INCREASED RANDOM PRICES…I’m a woman that clearly understands “you pay for what you get” I don’t mind paying for great service/clean environment etc. I also enjoy the interaction I have w/the owner Michelle. She is a really nice person.HOWEVER I realize the few times I visited I was charged Random prices to receive similar or same service w/minor 2 slight changes depending on ?-however I was charged $110.00 for a full set w/french tips JUST FOR A FULL SET OF NAILS W/o any designs. I was okay paying for my callus pedicure for $55 then I must pay extra for a more lasting polish. I woke up the day after feeling bothered that I felt I was taken advantage of. I visited today for a price breakdown & an explanation. Because of the location I’m in I didn’t want to be perceived as the angry black women (RACE IS NOT A FACTOR PPL) just saying by voicing or expressing my thoughts decided to pay and leave but- I woke up the next morning feeling like why can’t I communicate when I feel I’ve been wronged. I know I can go elsewhere ppl but my point is- I feel like prices was pulled out a hat or by communicating my work position allows ppl to count your pockets and charge whatever they see fit! I’m disappointed- ? I would love your respectful opinion if u think I’m overreacting.
$175.00 total provided a $25 tip- I’m truly in my feeling about this. Who pays $110 for a full basic french set. Anyone besides me

I had a wonderful dip manicure with Michelle. She was very nice and did a great job. She got the polish right to the cuticle without getting it on them (I’ve found a lot of manicurists will leave way too much space and it looks like they are a week old brand new which is my biggest pet peeve). She took a lot of time and care with her work. Everything was very clean and sanitized. The massage at the end was a nice touch. You can tell she really cares about her customers and does a great job.

Welp, I'm almost embarrassed to post this but I think it's essential. I had been going here for 6 months biweekly until about 2 months ago. Last time I had my nails done at Classic Nails, I noticed the technician had a wart on her finger about halfway through my service. I'm too much of a wimp to have said anything at the time, let her continue and hoped for the best. Low and behold, a couple of months later (which is what the Google machine warned me it would take), I now have my first wart appearing on my hand a mere two months from my wedding. This is just absolutely insane. First of all they're highly contagious and that's well known. The techs should be wearing clean gloves between each client to both avoid catching it themselves but also spreading it like wild fire. I'm incredibly embarrassed and regret not saying anything at the time. This is ridiculously unsanitary and I'm sure at this point it's spreading throughout the salon and their customers. Shame on you, Classic Nails. And now I have to deal with this ungodly thing on my hand before my wedding.

I've been getting my nails done since 1979. I've been in a number of nail salons over the decades and this is the best of the best! Clean, lovely music, great service and, of course, beautiful nails. I've never been treated this well. I see Erin but, I know everyone there is excellent as well.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Recommend the callus pedicure. I was like Goldilocks looking for the perfect blend of nail care and foot massage and I found it here. I have been to six different places in the last year. This is a longer drive for me but was so worth it. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Classic Nails for some time now and love the ladies who work there, especially Erin and Michelle. They are all extremely professional. The atmosphere is wonderful, with very spa like soothing music that really makes you relax and enjoy your time. My husband joined me recently for a couples pedicure and he loved it so much, he plans on going back. I recommend this salon for everyone to enjoy.
