Horrible customer service !
I bought a Groupon from Red Sun Salon & Day Spa Not once have they returned my phone call, left 2 messages and I even emailed them to schedule a haircut appointment.
I guess they’re satisfied with keeping my money and Not doing the work .
I’m reporting them to the BetterbusinessBureau and to Groupon

Got Groupon for the salon. Was blown away by Jennifer! She was so attentive and helpful. She made my hair absolutely perfect. Thank you for making me feel brand new in these unprecedented times. I will be back for sure. So happy I found my forever hair salon!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was late 15 minutes which I apologized for traffic had been terrible and she immediately snapped at me saying she doesn’t want to push into her other appointment which I understood but she took me in anyways. The entire time she was complaining about my hair and the condition it was in, she also told me she would not be able to blow dry or style my hair even though I had ALREADY PAID. After the highlights and trim my hair feels more damaged and has more split ends than before I had walked in, So dissapointed. The whole appointment was a horrible experience and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HAIR.
