The hair cut and color is great! My hair is shoulder length and very fine. The cost was 355.00. I was recommended by someone in which they have very long thick hair and only payed around 250.00, so I figured it would be as such or even less. I feel that 355.00 was way too much for the length of hair and type of hair I have. The receptionist was not very welcoming either. I will not be going back for my touch ups and will not be going to Salon Michele ever again!

I absolutely LOVE Michele salon, the atmosphere is so friendly and professional! I typically get highlights and Michele always does the most natural coloring (lighter in summer, darker in fall) for me and I am always thrilled with the results!! Highly recommend!!

Not recommended at all.
No respect for the client. .
I had an appointment with ASHLEY, she asked me to reschedule my appointment or wait an extra time because they give me an appointment that is not available!
When I asked her to cancel my appointment because I’m already 5mins away she hangup the phone without saying anything.
UNPROFESSIONAL WAY TO DEAL WITH YOUR CLIENTS!
I think before you study how to do hair you need to learn how to talk to people( Respectfully).

Stopped by as they were closing. Called next Day and got me in. The nicest salon I have ever been too. Melissa is wonderful and Mandy gave me a great haircut. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

I am very picky on who does my hair. Mandie is the greatest. I showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted and what I've had done in the past, and she knew exactly what needed to be done. Once I arrived in the salon, and she really got to look at what needed to be done, it was simple, smooth and easy. She was very timely, the whole process went quickly, but not rushed. Very efficient, effective and made me feel at ease.
The other staff, (reception, stylists, assistants) all made the whole experience wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely looking forward to returning.

First time trying S Michelle salon- and what a lovely experience. A very welcoming and warm atmosphere and I ? love my hair. My hair is extremely thin (partly due to illness but very thin and fine naturally) ) and Mandy did an amazing job with color and cut. I couldn’t be happier with the white experience
