I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Hannah ever since I moved to the area. She takes the time to appropriately address your skincare concerns and customizes facials based on those concerns as well as your response to prior treatments. She is extremely thorough and my skin has changed for the better since I started consistently scheduling facials with her. She is genuine in her recommendations, which is rare nowadays. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her! The spa is also in immaculate condition and exudes relaxation & professionalism.

Do not go here for eyelash services. I put 3 stars because other than this I've had good experiences at the other location with other services. I got a lash lift and the girl (Lacie) got so much solution or whatever liquid she wiped my eyes with, she was so rough my eyes were burning so badly. Afterwards she handed me a baby wipe to get the glue mixed with dye all over my eyelids, which wouldn't come off. Not to mention only my right eyelashes lifted, and you have to wait 8 weeks in between lifts otherwise your lashes will over process and damage, so I'm stuck with one eye with lifted lashes. I realized it looked bad when I went to the bathroom, and told the front. They said Lacie left and wouldn't answer her phone and that since she was the only one who did eyelashes that they couldn't do anything. After a while I was given a refund but this was the worst experience I have ever had getting a lash lift.

I don't often write reviews but I want to give a big thank you to Kiley Michaels and the entire staff. Kiley was amazing at keeping me comfortable, considering what I was looking for and also being able to identify what would be best to get my desired look. She talked me through the process and really made me feel comfortable. I feel like myself....10 years younger and refreshed!!!!

I trust Hannah with my life!! I see Hannah every 4 weeks for custom medical facials and my skin has never looked so good. I historically had terrible acne, scarring and redness. Since regularly seeing Hannah, I feel more confident in my skin than I ever have - I barely even wear face makeup anymore. She is so attentive to my specific needs, while also making our appointments fun! She is so knowledgable and makes me feel so comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about Hannah and the entire team at Newtown MediSpa!

Long and short of it - Don’t come here
I am pretty sure I wasn’t injected with Botox Or not properly injected..?
I have had lip flips in the past (twice) and saw immediate and distinct results.
I bought a Groupon for a lip flip at Fairfield location.. the studio was clean and the APRN was nice and professional but I legitimately had ZERO change. Makes me question if it was really Botox. ?
The previous injections were at an upscale dermatology office (by a dermatologist) but still, I definitely should have seen *something*.
Literally nothing
Would never recommend this place to anyone

I love Newtown Medispa! The staff is great. Tiffany is amazing at what she does. Tiffany gives me a very conservative approach that I appreciate. They are caring and professional. Their new facility is FANTASTIC!

Always friendly, patient and listen to the patients they care for. Update: I want to update this review. I have seen Angela twice and she always puts me at ease with her humor and friendly personality. I am about to make another appointment with her and highly recommend!
