Not only is this man, immensely talented in his craft, and skill, but will be able to work out muscles that you didn’t realize were completely at the limit of tension

In addition, will also help you learn how to help yourself in between your visits with him (C-Clamps save me on my shoulders/traps).

Learning to help myself on my body has been a lifesaver. I love anyone who is well talented, & a great teacher who is excited when others learn.

This guy absolutely knows his stuff! Charlie Brown is an absolute master of the body and can get you squared away in a short amount of time. Obviously, given a longer period of time he can really make you feel amazing. I highly recommend Charlie Brown and all at the Spa!

Charlie is obviously amazing! I had my first appointment with him yesterday. I am not one who has done much self-care even with the large amount of punishment that I deal to my body through work and my regular gym attendance.
I've struggled with severe knee and shoulder pains for the past two years. The one visit was enough to make those disappear! Will they return, possibly so. But I'll be excited to get back to Charlie for the fix.
On another note, I loved how thoughtful of me he was as we had a wonderful, deep conversation (I'm a talker). I also loved how he explained what he was doing as he went through the different moves. Many of them hurt quite a bit and I felt myself groaning through his movements, but it was instantly amazing the difference in the muscle tightness and soreness. Thanks Charlie!

Best deep tissue massage I've had! He definitely knows what he's doing! I immediately felt better while i was there and once I got on my bike, I could clearly tell my whole body was more aligned. I'm hooked! Stop thinking about it and make an appointment.

I highly recommend Charlie! The room gave off great vibes! I was nervous going into the massage, however I am glad I did. I didn't realize how much tension I had! He explained what he was doing! It did hurt but not in a bad way. After he did his technique I felt my tension go away immediately! I feel like I was given a brand new body!
