Michelle, the owner is wonderful. She is very pleasant and friendly. She has fantastic customer service for everyone. She's always happy to help you with anything you may need. It's the nicest, and cleanest spa I've used. The beds are great.

WORST TANNING SALON IN PW! I went to tan for 2 weeks and dreaded every day I would have to go here. The owners customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen from a woman her age. She was hateful to me from the moment I stepped foot in her tacky looking salon. She never greeted me with a smile or by name. Instead she made me feel “bad” for even being there. I have witnessed several customer complaints while waiting for a tanning bed and the end result was never a win win for the customer and for the owner. Today the owner threw a refund check in my car window while I was driving away! She was yelling at me in the parking lot and said she didn’t want me back since I embarrassed her (by her not knowing my name after half a month of going there) in front of her potential new customers.

I will GLADLY drive clear across town to a tanning salon where they greet me with a smile, make me feel welcomed and appreciated, small talk with me and the easiest part of all… they greet me or say goodbye to me by my name!

At the end of the day, we’re all paying customers and deserve to feel welcomed and should feel happy when we take time out of our busy day to go tan.

The owner and her staff are absolutely a joy to work with! I just started last week and can't say enough about the the attention and time they have given me to make sure I understand all the different services and the benefits they offer. This place is top notch! Going to Planet Sun has become one of the highlights of my day. The staff makes sure that all the rooms are fresh and clean and the atmosphere is easy going and relaxing, making you truly feel like your experiencing a day at the spa.

Absolutely amazing staff and environment! One of the cleanest tanning salons I've been to by far, there standard beds level 1 work just amazing my first 3 times going here and using the lotion they recommend I've gotten a beautiful tan already without doing the full 20min in the bed, i highly recommend Planet Sun!

Absolutely love Planet Sun!! It's a great place to find your zen! The staff is incredibly friendly and personable! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The environment is super inviting and very clean! So many different therapies and of course tanning!! Hands down my FAVORITE place to indulge in selfcare!!
