George is a true Gem! I work with previously unhoused individuals with severe mental illness and George is always more than willing to come give my guys a fresh cut and a boost of confidence they seem to lack at times! We appreciate George at Phoenix Community Development Services and love to have him visit! 🩶

I was skeptical of all the 5-star reviews...but I was legitimately impressed. George primarily takes appointments online, which was really nice...and offers time slots past 5pm some weekdays. I'm very happy with my cut, and I felt like I had just been chatting with a buddy by the end of my first visit...he has a new 'regular'.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! George was amazing! It was my 2 year olds first haircut and George was wonderful! We all know toddlers don’t sit very well but George was so patient and so kind with him and us! As a mom, it was a huge relief that he was so great with my son! His hair was amazing as well!! Thank you, 309 Barbershop! We’ll be back! Highly recommend this business if you haven’t been there before! I added some before and after shots!

I loved my haircut from George. He was very thorough, asked questions about my style, and gave me a great haircut. This was my first time here but I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

George keeps a clean shop and wore a mask during my haircut which I really appreciated.

George is great about getting you the best hair cut possible. He spends a little more time than a typical hair cut, but the results are so much better. Very detail oriented, wants you to be happy with what he does for you. Open availability to come in whenever you want unless someone books online. Overall great service.

Absolutely amazing it was my son's very first hair cut he's two and George was beyond patient and caring and cut his hair nearly two hours it felt like ! The end result are absolutely amazing with how hard it was to get him to be still ! I will be back and this is the only barber shop I'll use for my child ! I'm still in awe
