Amanda is a profoundly skilled magician of hair color and cutting perfection. Her technique with balayage layers the colors so naturally. I don’t even notice my hair has grown out after two months because the color is so seamless and the cut so timeless. I could not recommend Amanda and 2nd Nature Hair Lounge more enthusiastically. Go! Amanda is truly making magic! From the moment you walk into the salon you are surrounded by comfort and beauty. I came in looking for a refresh and to feel more like “me.” Amanda took her time talking with me about my hair journey and what I was looking for in my cut and balayage. She is such an expert and truly an artist at what she does. I had balayage before, but not like this; it looks so perfectly sun kissed and she literally paints it on, no foil, only finesse and mastery. If you are looking for someone who gets you, and to make you feel like you again, you have to go to 2nd Nature in Niwot and see Amanda!

Amanda has an amazing skill set with hand painted balayage and with her style of haircuts. I have verrrry thick and course hair with a lot of layers. It’s been a struggle for me to find someone that knows how to handle my hair type and Amanda knows what she is doing! She keeps it real with what she can accomplish in one session and is very good at communicating. I recently moved from Boulder to Denver and plan to make the drive to see Amanda to get my hair done.
