Every time we have been here we have had a great experience. They are polite, courteous and really pay attention to what they are doing, especially to what my husband tells them regarding his feet and he’s extremely particular. We had the same nail techs for over 11 years and it has been hard to find one we like around Rabun county. We make the drive from Clayton (Lake Burton) and are more than happy to.

Went for a pedi, I believe is what it’s called.
That’s how much I DONT DO THIS.
But for my birthday with a girlfriend we went just for the associate to say I was to picky so he wouldn’t do the design an then rudely say how he’s ready to go home and was not going to finish. I was to shocked that he was acting this way an my friend spoke on my behalf on how picky or not Im paying hard earned dollars an a paying customer. I’m which case I was indeed. At any rate the other associate only charged for a pedi (oh an not the gel stuff, of like 54 bc my friend said how could I be charged for something I didn’t get) also how could he be allowed to be so rude. If you were ready to go home why not just say it’s to late for me an let another tech do the job? Instead of rushing through it an then hurting my feelings. Hence why I don’t go to these places… anywho do better, stay blessed!

I absolutely love this nail salon ! They're so friendly, thorough and patient! My nails last longer, they have so many colors and Ken and Shane are my favorite! Plus my eyebrows look so good after they shape them!

I usually do not leave reviews bad or good. However, Kayla and Ken did my nails and I’m very hard to pleased with that being said Ken blew me away with my design and Kayla did an excellent job on my nails, shape and length. I would give them a score of a 100 if I could. Highly recommend!!! Oh and did I mention they are the kindest people… GREAT JOB AND WELL PLEASED ?

Called and asked how much gel acrylics would be and they told me $45 got there and went to pay and it ended up being $55 not impressed. guy that did my nails also made me bleed multiple times. kinda painful.

Nice clean environment, friendly staff. Phil did my nails and followed a picture design I had and got it very close to the picture! He was quick but in a good way. I’ll be back!

Today was my second time going to them and each experience has been great. They help me to figure out exactly what I want done and what works best for it. Kayla was amazing, friendly and made sure I liked what was being done to my nails. Will definitely go back when I need my nails done again.
