First time visiting this salon today and I’m so impressed! Space is cute, clean, and staff are very friendly. Music playing made for a peaceful ambience. Van took her time on the design I requested for holiday nails and I’m very happy with the results. Definitely will be visiting again.

I don't like to review nail places on the first visit because it could be a fluke, so I waited until I got them done again today and I can officially say this place is amazing!

Van does designs with such ease and she's unbelievably fast at it too. She isn't always too chatty but she's very polite and will make sure you love it. Her manicures also LAST, 2 weeks and I had zero chipping or lifting.

Today I also got a pedicure from Kai and he is the BEST at them. I've never had a more relaxing pedicure experience in my life and he did a flawless job painting them. Black is a very hard color to paint on toes without it getting messy so I was impressed! Definitely don't skip out on this place.

I went to 19 nails with a design in.mjnd, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Sunny did a great job on the acrylics, and Van absolutely nailed the design. I was so impressed with Van's artistry-she paid attention to every detail and brought the design to life beautifully. Highly recommend! I love my nails!♡

The young girl that did my nail design did a fabulous job!! She was extremely quick and precise. She even helped the nail tech who shaped my nails find the perfect base color for my set! The nail tech who applied my nails did a great job shaping them, he took his time. Thank you both!!!

I’m sad to have to write this review, I had to change my rating as well. I visited yesterday, Jan 13th, to remove my acrylic and gel from my nails. Van, as usual, was amazing. She efficiently removed and shaped my nails on my hands. Unfortunately, when Jenifer worked on removing the gel from my toes, she broke skin twice to the point it bled. I was extremely unhappy as it was not acknowledged, and it was not wiped with alcohol or rinsed.

I’m unsure if I will return. I really enjoyed my visits until yesterday.

19 nails is the best spot in town for nails and toes. Quality is always perfect. Nails and designs last at least 3-4 weeks for both hands and feet. Her designs are gorgeous!! Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice, clean place and I wanted to love it and go often but my first two experiences were not good at all

1st visit I was very unhappy with my full set, none of them fit my natural nail size - you could see my own nail around the edges like I already needed a fill in when I got them put on - they look weird (I’ve never had a full set done like this)

Then when I returned to get one nail repaired a week later after one popped off, that one nail was done really well but the tech that did it made fun of my hands the whole time (literally pointing and laughing at me and calling over multiple other techs in another language then telling me how weird my hands were to my face)

Hopefully I’m just a one- off because everyone else seems to love this place. I really hate I’ve had such bad experiences here - I wanted to love it too but I can’t go back ☹️
